Questions guests ask

Is there WiFi?

Yes in every homestead suite. There is none in the glamping tents, but tent guests can use the free WiFi at the restaurant. It reaches out onto the deck, so you can still connect when the restaurant is closed. If you need to work from your room, book a suite.

Can we bring the dog?

No. Pets are not allowed in the homestead or in the tents.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in from 3:00pm and check out by 10:00am, for every suite and tent.

Where do we park?

Homestead guests have ample parking at the homestead itself. For the glamping tents, the car park is an open gravel area about 400 metres from the tents, inside the secure estate grounds, so there is a short walk in. It keeps the glamping grounds quiet and free of cars.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Every stay is suitable for infants and for children aged 2 to 12. We don't supply porta cots, so please bring your own.

Can the tents be locked?

No. They are canvas, so they are not lockable. Keep valuables with you or locked in your car.

Is there food on the estate?

The restaurant serves brunch Friday to Sunday and dinner on Friday and Saturday. The safari tents have their own kitchenette, and Bendigo is fifteen minutes away.

What is there to do on the estate?

Walk the trail past the dam into the protected bushland, keep an eye out for kangaroos and birdlife, and finish at the fire pit as the vines catch the last of the light.
