2026/2027 prices. All prices include GST. Marquees are quoted per event. On The Estate Reception and The Estate Wedding, children 5 and under are free and 6 to 12 are half the adult rate. On The Estate Wedding, 13 to 17 are 75%. Flowers, styling, celebrants and music are arranged by you or quoted separately: we don't mark up other people's work.
The spaces
Every package runs in a private space of its own, with the restaurant and the rest of the estate open as usual. Only Your Private Estate closes the estate to the public.
A vaulted ceiling, exposed timber, the fireplace and the main bar. Three bays of French doors fold open onto the undercover veranda.

Secluded and separate from the restaurant, with its own bar. The glass doors open right back onto the deck, part of it under cover.

Seven suites, two lounges around a double-sided fireplace, a dining room that seats ten, and a conference room to work in.

The restaurant, the grounds and every bed on the estate, from 12noon on the wedding day. It is the only package that closes the estate to the public.

The Gable End marquee, on the front lawn. For the large, formal celebration that wants to be out in the landscape rather than inside a room. Clear walls look out across the estate, and with a clear roof you dine under the stars. A timber floor, festoon lights, long tables and room to dance, for up to 200 guests. From $8,650 for 60 guests.
The Hampton marquee, beside the accommodation. For a smaller, more relaxed celebration while you're staying with us. It sits by the Homestead or the safari tents with bushland all around, furnished with wine barrels, small tables and sofas for a cocktail party instead of a formal dining room. Up to about 140 guests, when your party has the accommodation beside it. From $5,250 for 60 guests.
Every marquee is quoted per event, as one all-inclusive price.
Coming in 2027
A wood-fired pizza oven is coming to the estate in early 2027. For events from 1 March 2027, a wood-fired pizza can replace the main course on any function package, at no extra cost. All the classics, with the toppings tailored to your group.

Capacity
The main dining room seats 104 at three long tables with nothing brought in. For more, a marquee on the front lawn takes up to 200, seated or roaming.
Both are under cover, so the number you book is the number you get, whatever the weather does. The deck and the patio are the upside on a good day. We just won't promise them to you months ahead.
Every layout seats a different number, so the floor plans above show the figure for each one.
Stay the night
The end of the night doesn't have to mean the car park. The people who matter most can stay on the estate and be there for breakfast.
Put the wedding party in the homestead and family in the glamping tents among the gums. Accommodation is built into the Executive Retreat and Your Private Estate, and can be added to every other package. Ask for it with your enquiry and we will price it into the same quote.

Where to find us
Fifteen minutes from the heart of Bendigo. Enter through the gate and travel up the olive-lined driveway. There is parking for 80 cars, with coach and shuttle access to the front of the homestead.
